Scott Davis has a CV as long as your arm or longer if, like him, you have short arms.

Having left Carmarthen as little more than a child and hitchhiked his way to London to pursue his dream of becoming a painter and decorator he instead quickly found himself working in some of the top kitchens of the capital. As well as working for the likes of Gordon Ramsay and Marco Pierre White he had longs stints in the likes of Nobu, Vong and Providores - all venues known for their strong Asian influences and celebrity shenanigans.

Later he toured India with Gary Rhodes acting his assistant chef and sometime stunt double on his television programme “Rhodes Around India” before returning home in  triumph to his home country of Wales and a ticker tape welcome. The whereabouts of Gary Rhodes on the other hand remain a mystery.

Anyway, all this adds up to the opportunity to spend and evening in the company of one of  the best little chefs in Wales (up there with the one on the A40 roundabout at St Clears). With his youthful good looks and cheeky grin always to hand he will be serving up around 6 dishes all with an Eastern accent at the typically friendly price of....

£35 including a glass of wine or similar on arrival.
