For our next Wright's Night we are pleased to welcome back Max Pasetti & Stephanie Boote, with their new project A Tavola. Max is currently working at Bristol at the natural wine bar Bar Buvette, having previously been at the illustrious Italian restaurant Bocca Di Lupo in London & at Yard in Paris amongst other great places. Stephanie, was mentored by Peckham Bazar's Jon Lenka and has been head chef at numerous great pop-ups and caterer for events such as London's Frieze art festival. 

A Tavola is their new project, serving rustic Italian food with Italian natural wines, a list of which we have collaborated on for the night.
