A bright start to 2018 Wright’s Nights with the return of Max and Steph and their travelling tavola. Max and Steph, who’s pedigree includes Trullo and arguably London’s best Italian Bocca di Lupo, as well as the celebrated Yard in Paris, bring Italian style to great Welsh produce. 



Speck, pickled radicchio and salted almonds

Sardines, punterelle and blood orange

Jerusalem artichoke ravioli, hazelnuts and thyme brown butter

Duck breast, cime di rapa, green olives

Lentils cooked with smoked pancetta and pigs trotters

Poached rhubarb, bombe calde, yoghurt mousse

£45 including a drink on arrival.
