First up is Luc Sebille who has an 11 hectare estate in a national park in Chinon, where he produces two delicious red wines made from the Cabernet Franc grape this region is synonymous with. We'll be hosting a simple, delicious supper with Luc and pouring these two wines from magnum the way their best enjoyed.
