We are very excited to announce our next Wright's Night with Túbo Logier & Tom Beattie.

Túbo grew up in Belgium and got into cooking at the seminal In De Wulf a legendary restaurant which won a Michelin star and an incredible reputation that led to many chefs from across the world going to work there. He worked his way up there before moving on to London working at the Clove Club and Lucca in London two of the most hyped restaurants in the city in recent years. For the last few months he has taken over the prestigious residency at P Franco one of our favourite wine bars in London and this is how we met him. Túbo and Tom are both excited to come to Wales for the first time and cook in Llanarthne!

He will be assisted by Australian Tom Beattie, manager and director of wine at P Franco, who formerly opened the Australian incarnation of Heston Blumenthal's Dinner before he moved to London. Tom will be going deep into our cellar to choose wines for the evening.
