For our next Wright's Night, we are pleased to welcome back Carmarthen boy Max Pasetti.
Max has been working in Paris for the last year at a fantastic wine bar & bistro called Yard. Before that he worked for a long stint at the much acclaimed Bocca Di Lupo, plus spells at Trullo and with Carousel. He's a great chef who also happens to be the son of Maryann's sister Charlotte.
Max has returned armed with more knowledge, skill and a love for natural wine, which we share - and will be cooking seasonal food with an Italian bent. He'll be helped by his partner Stephanie Boote, a mean chef in her own right, mentored by Peckham Bazar's Jon Lenka, head chef of various amazing pop-ups in London and caterer for events such as the Frieze Art Festival.
