It’s been too long since we had the extravagantly talented Scott Davis cooking with us. Along with his partner Kirsty Manning, Scott devotes much of his time to hi top notch outside catering business Strawberry Shortcake. The chances are that if you were lucky enough to get invited to a wedding this year and the food was outstandingly good - then they were responsible.
Scott has long been one of the most celebrated chefs in Wales. His pedigree is impeccable, having worked with Marco Pierre White and Gordon Ramsay as well some of the Asian tinged stars of the London seen like Providores and Nobu. His cooking is innovative, technically brilliant and most of all simply delicious. Here’s the incredibly enticing menu Scott’s written for this one - it’s a relatively late announcement so probably best to book early.
