We are very pleased to welcome Anna Tobias & the P Franco team to the Wright's kitchen. Anna has a prestigious CV, previously cooking at the River Cafe, Blueprint Cafe with Jeremy Lee and was for a spell head chef at Margot Henderson's Rochelle Canteen in London, long one of our favourite places to eat. Like us Anna is a lover of cookery writers Elizabeth David, Jane Grigson, and Simon Hopkinson and wants “to create simple and good European food giving a nod to some of the great, traditional and sometimes forgotten or under-appreciated dishes.”  Anna will be collaborating with Maryann for this menu, which we will announce soon. 

Currently Anna is manning the stoves at P Franco (voted the best restaurant in London 2017 by Eater), It's long been one of our favourite places for a glass of delicious wine and something to eat so we feel very privileged that they are coming to Llanarthne, previous pop-ups being in Singapore, Paris & Tokyo. Joining Anna will be Canadian Jesse Oberman, formerly of Terroirs and now one of P Franco's main wine-slingers. Jesse has a breadth of knowledge and deep love for fermented grape juice and will be delving deep into our cellar, choosing an extended list of wines by the glass and bottles exclusively for this evening.

7pm start. £40 for a 5 course menu.
