80% Sauvignon and 20% Chardonnay all from the surface at the Roche Blanche vineyard, where soils are rich in clay, flint and silex. 2020 was a really great vintage, less heat than 2018 and 2019, clocking in around 12%. Aged mostly in steel and bottled without additions. Laurent Saillard, a New York restaurateur turned winemaker
